Custom Boot Installation on BMW 3 Series Cabriolet

This install was to be something plain and simple yet classy.

Here at Source in Sheffield we pride ourselves in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. We first of all built a custom sub enclosure for a JL Audio 8″ w3 subwoofer to sit in the centre of the rear seat, which was trimmed in the same leather and fitted with a grill so the seats were still fully usable. The 2 Audison VRx amplifiers were then mounted into custom built panels and trimmed with a light grey fleck carpet which matched the boots interior almost perfectly. The mono amp was to power the JL Audio subwoofer and the 2 channel was driving the upfront Hertz Mille 2 way component speakers.

When I arrived back home after my short trip from Source to Donny today, I thought a short thank you email was in order. When I first sat behind the wheel and heard what a difference your adjustments had made, I was very pleased. I put Pink Floyds’ “Dark Side Of The Moon” in and set off for home. When I pulled onto my drive, I couldn’t get out of the car for 10 minutes because the CD hadn’t finished. It was stunning !
