Payment should be received immediately, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to do this will usually result in your order being cancelled within 3 working days. Our preferred payment method is by Card. Goods can be collected from our store during normal shop hours (Mon-Sat). Payment can be made in-store via cash, debit or credit card.
Payment for UK orders can also be made using credit card, please call 0114 2571550 so that we can process your order. Please note that goods can only be sent to the registered card-holders address for security reasons and to eliminate fraud.
The parcel can be delivered by the courier at anytime between the hours of 8:00am & 6:00pm. We can message you the tracking details to you on the day of dispatch for online tracking (please request).
SHIPMENT IS PENDING CLEARANCE OF FUNDS
We cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays such as:
Adverse weather conditions, driver unable to locate delivery address, vehicle breakdown etc…
Please read our terms of sale prior to purchasing. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.
Please only purchase an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances.
We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via PARCELFORCE courier.
All orders placed by 2pm will be shipped the following working day (Mon-Fri) by 24hr courier. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday and shipped the following day. Orders placed on bank-holidays will be processed the next working day and shipped the next working day.
Postage costs are for UK mainland only. Shipping to any UK non-mainland addresses, including N. Ireland, Shetlands, IOW, IOM, Guernsey, Jersey, will incur an additional £12 fee.
Goods can only be sent to the registered paypal address. We cannot ship to any other address. If a delivery fails due to nobody being at home to accept the parcel then it will be returned back to the depot and another delivery attempt will be made. If a parcel is returned back to after delivery attempts have been made then you will incur additional charges for the parcel to be re-shipped back.
There is a standard postage charge of £12 regardless of the product.
From time to time, items may be lost by the courier company. We will do all we can to work with you to track the lost item and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
All products are brand new and are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, then please contact us for returns details. All our products include 1 year’s manufacturer’s warranty. Please ensure that you include your purchase details and reasons for return with the item.
Any goods to be returned under the Distant Selling Regulations must be done so at buyer’s cost and notification of return must be emailed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any goods returned under DSA must be in A1 resalable condition, unused and with no damage to outer or inner packaging. If the item has been trialled, tested or used then we have the right to reject the return or charge a handling charge of up to 25%. Any refunds due (less carriage costs) will be done via paypal. This does not affect your statutory rights.
