Product Installation

At Source our team of trained engineers are able to install any products that you need, from a simple cd player to a full multi-media system. We pride ourselves on our fully fitted workshop and our teams ability to offer you a top quality installation service.

When you buy your equipment from SOURCE we offer a discounted installation rate compared to that if you supply your own products. We will also:

  • Give you expert advice before any purchase is made to make sure the product is right for your needs.
  • Recommend the correct parts to be able to install the product properly and safely.
  • Once installed we will demo the products to you and show you how to operate your purchase properly.
  • Full technical help will be given by us and/or the manufacturer with software support within the first year of purchase.
  • Cover any warranty issues that may arise (including labour).
  • Warranty can be extended to 3 years on some products (free of charge).

If you are supplying your OWN products we will happily provide a ‘fitting only’ service from one of our team of engineers. However if you are thinking of purchasing online to save money, please consider the following:

  • If the product doesn’t fit quite as perfect as you thought unfortunately there is no cure for this.
  • We will not demo how the product works, only than it is working OK.
  • Warranty issues are to be directed to the supplying company. If there are issues and the product requires removing, there will be charges for this.
  • Faults/Problems and Technical help should be directed to the supplying company.

As ‘Award Winning’ installers you will find that although we may be a little more expensive on our products, the service we offer is not only good but one of the best in the country for such a high level of expertise.  We are open 6 days a week and someone is always on the other end of a telephone if you have any problems with anything we have supplied.
