2010 Volvo XC90 Stereo Upgrade for Car Play

The supply and installation of a Pioneer SPH-DA120 double DIN touch screen system. The unit has a 6.2″ capacitive touch screen for full control and features the new Apple Car Play system. Car Play gives the user full control over the important native apps on an iPhone such as Phone, Messages, Navigation and Music. There are also apps such as Spotify and Podcasts that work within the Car Play environment. If you don’t have an iPhone, then Android specific leads can be purchased to use the App Mode feature of this screen which will also give you control over some apps from the Google Play store, as well as the capability of plugging in an iPod for music control. All the controls on the Volvo were retained, including the rear parking sensor beeps and the steering wheel controls.

A few niggles at first that were not the fault of Source Sounds. But even though it wasn’t their fault, they spent hours trying to resolve the issues created by my vehicle being electric.
