The supply and installation of a Kenwood CMOS210 reverse camera. The customer wanted it as discrete as possible so we fitted it behind one of the tailgate panels to hide it from prying eyes.
When I arrived back home after my short trip from Source to Donny today, I thought a short thank you email was in order. When I first sat behind the wheel and heard what a difference your adjustments had made, I was very pleased. I put Pink Floyds’ “Dark Side Of The Moon” in and set off for home. When I pulled onto my drive, I couldn’t get out of the car for 10 minutes because the CD hadn’t finished. It was stunning ! All the meticulous work you put into my install came together today and exceeded all my expectations. The sound stage is now immense, fills the front of the car and is fully balanced to my seating position. Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to you guys at Source, especially Chris and Paul who over the past few weeks have impressed me no end. I went to them with a typically sub-standard BMW sound system, not really knowing how it should be improved and had a really friendly informal chat with Chris about the best route to take. What has impressed me most is that never at any point are the people here pushy – they really listen to your requirements and budget and make honest suggestions and give a number of options. Chris and Paul both spoke in some detail about what the issues were and how the problems could be addressed and I felt I was in safe, honest hands throughout the upgrade process. A whole new set of 3 way speaker set up and a new amp later the car sounds crystal clear like never before. Not wanting to change the head unit, the guys had solutions as to how to keep the car looking as factory as possible, and even asked me back in so they could check how the system has bedded in. Old components are carefully removed, allowing you to have them replaced should the car ever be sold. Their installation couldn’t be faulted and their customer service is genuinely excellent – polite, highly knowledgeable and above all honest, with their customer’s best interests at heart. I began researching an audio upgrade to my BMW and have visited several high end car audio specialists in the North West to get advice on possible options and costs …then I visited SOURCE. On walking in I was initially impressed with the SOURCE showroom display and the range of options to sample.There really is something to suit all budgets ,certainly far more comprehensive and wide ranging than any others I visited in the North West . The real “gem” of SOURCE is however their very detailed knowledge of all the technical and “fit” aspects and most especially the time they are prepared to spend talking through technical /price options without pressure to buy .As a result I returned a second time and again experienced the same friendly non pushy very informed advice as we explored the possibilities in a little more depth.Every question I had was answered,time was ,once again, not an issue and nothing was too much trouble including phone calls to suppliers to check availability/latest spec for my car etc .In the end I genuinely felt they wanted to advise the best system for me and definitely not just the most expensive. I am convinced you cannot get better than SOURCE for your car audio needs ,excellence like this is very rare in my experience and I strongly suggest you call in to this 5 star outfit – you wont be disappointed and I reckon you will be totally satisfied/blown away with the result if you buy.
