2007 Mercedes S Class DVD Headrest Upgrade
This particular vehicle has a specific type of headrest installed stopping them from having screens trimmed into them. For this customer we replaced them with a set of Rosen custom headrests with a 7″ screen in each headrest. We used a set which gave the customer a DVD player in one and an iPod dock in the other. This allows the user to play an iPod or DVD in the car, linked together so either source can be viewed on either screen. The screens also have a games module built in so the kiddies can play games from a joypad. Audio is froma set of IR wireless headphones.
The front screen of the Mercedes also had an AV input available into which we linked one of the headrest outputs.
