Dear Chris and Staff I am just writing here to say thank you for the excellent service received from you and all your staff there. People are so quick to complain, but not as quick to congratulate on a job well done. My husband and I are really pleased with the fitting of the sat nav to our Ford Kuga which we feel has been done to a high standard and with excellent attention to detail. The knowledge you and everyone else who works there seems to have is great and gave me great confidence. And the customer services was professional and friendly. Even though the job you did for us was a small one I’m sure, compared to a lot of your other work, I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. The time taken to answer my questions and help me out was very much appreciated. I will have no hesitation in recommending you to other people and will certainly be back again. Thank You !

I arrived to find two technicians on their lunch break busily helping a lost parcel delivery guy waylaid with items. This bode well for assessing the character of Source Sounds. A replacement head unit and the re wiring of a sub made me self concious that I was not their biggest customer. I could not have been more wrong. They squeezed my job in that very day and phoned me as soon as all was complete. I never had to repeat anything twice. Lee’s perseverance and tenacity was infectious. Several minor issues that I had tolerated previously are now history. I thoroughly recommend this company.
