This classic 1988 Ford Fiesta XR2 was transformed by Source Sounds into a true show-ready audio installation, blending retro character with modern acoustic performance. Working within the compact cabin of this iconic hot hatch, we designed and fabricated a bespoke installation that delivered serious output without compromising the vehicle’s originality.
High-quality component speakers were carefully integrated, supported by dedicated amplification and a custom-built enclosure to provide controlled, punchy bass. Attention was given to cable routing, system tuning and overall presentation, ensuring the installation looked as impressive as it sounded.
The finished result offered crisp highs, defined mid-range and deep, authoritative low-end response — a fitting upgrade that elevated this XR2 from nostalgic classic to standout audio showcase.
