2008 BMW 1 Series Navigation Upgrade
The supply and installation of an Alpine INE-w987D 7″ touch screen system. This system features European Navigation, Bluetooth, DAB radio and CD/DVD playback. Interfaces were used to retain factory steering controls and parking sensor beeps. When the vehicle is put into reverse a colour image appears on the screen to display information on objects behind the vehicle.
A reverse camera was also added to the system to show the driver what’s behind him while reversing.
